Honestly it doesn’t make sense to have branches so close to each other. If you have a branch not generating enough revenue to keep the lights on and pay the salaries, how can you justify keeping it open? Especially with all the technology out there. Technology is steadily improving in every business. If people don’t see this, then they have been living under a rock. Go work at a small town bank with no goals and make $10 per hour.
The most important thing is that Corbat retain his high salary. Nothing is more important than that.
