Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Sold my soul to the Humana store

Dreading going into work. So many systems issues and none of them ever getting fixed—- transitions and Lith glitches galore , alerts not firing correctly in hcat, going on for months now and no end in site -— and now new care plan system tomorrow too. Taking bets on how many times we will have issues? Any takers??
Coaches who are involved in the wrong things to “help” and don’t listen because they are clueless and don’t want to take the time to understand. But when you do need help, they are so busy they can’t respond to a darn email and they blow you off! And it is getting worse every day.
HCMRN getting contacted daily on new members needing ”care collaboration“ by other non- nurses who don’t even talk to the member. This job is no longer about helping members at all—- it is pushing papers around and pretending to help to make Humana look good.
I feel like I have sold my soul to the Humana devil and didn’t even get a good deal!

I work in appeals for a hospital system we hate Humana. So sorry you all are going through this.

The new care plan system s—is. I was moved to SNP after lay-off in January and were the first team to use them. They are generated by the HRA and the number of action items is endless. It would take literally hours to complete one members care plan. Was offered a permanent position on the SNP team and gladly declined!!! Fortunately was able to move onto another provider and much happier now.
