I know Wilmington and Murfreesboro call centers take core calls. Are there any other centers that have core customer service?

Short handed!? Lol, Yes Every single person takes on the work load of 12. See it’s all automated, or Not. Management is clueless.
main core centers are Hilliard and Wilmington. Murfreesboro is overflow. (meaning care reps with about a week of training working activation only calls) core lost a bunch of people to vsp. It just wasn't obvious how bad it was until an Apple launch hit. There is allegedly and spc core team coming out but idk when.
All I can say is on iPhone launch they were definitely short-handed in core.. I guess it was a surprise launch this year. I had a horrible rep for a business app that could barely speak clearly and was clueless on how credit worked.
