Since some of the 900 total that were surplussed back in June for the 3rd Q surplus are being postponed, and won't be placed or even processed until after the 4th Q surplus announcement, which was on September 13th, does that mean that a SIPP request put in for 4th Quarter can be accepted/approved for the 3rd Q surplus? Also, does anyone know if the techs, whose surplus was cancelled, are planning on being let go in the 1st Quarter 2020?

The more of these overpaid, untechnical field techs they cut the better!!! The sooner the better too.
Great question. Would make sense. Especially if they didn't have enough SIPP requests in for 3rd quarter.
