IBM CEO Ginni Rometty Says IBM Was Built on Diversity and Inclusion

Ginni Rometty, International Business Machines Corp. chair, president and chief executive officer,
discusses the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Diversity and inclusion, excluding anyone over 40 though.
Watch the whole video and listen: I mean, does she really hear herself when she's talking?

"Today they rather focus on diversity-and-inclusion rather than get the job done" Sadly I have seen this; hiring unqualified workers to satisfy the diversity council.

"The more Indians IBM can hire, the more it can and has increase its margins.." not true... labor may be cheap, but the output quality is lower and the time it takes/# of people is longer and more... so the actual cost ends up the same/higher.

Is she really this clueless? IBM was built on three basic beliefs of respect for the individual, customer service, and excellence. IBM was destroyed by people like Ginni that threw away these beliefs.

The reason that Gina is saying this is that she does not want immigration from India curtailed. Indians are critical to IBM's strategy of labor exploitation and is multi-decade war against domestic workers. The more Indians IBM can hire, the more it can and has increase its margins. This covers up the fact that IBM has become a parasite entity that adds incredibly low levels of value to its customers.

IBM was build on hard work, team work and caring about the customer.. it did not focus on diversity and inclusion. At least the departments I worked it did not matter what your s-x, color, nationality or age was, we all worked together to get the job/mission completed. Today they rather focus on diversity-and-inclusion rather than get the job done!
