Any news on this? Looks like they may be changing the commission structure again.

Bewildering They’re still around after starting this c-ap 4-5 years ago. People kept thinking it couldn’t happen to them and on and on. The employees that are left don’t need me telling them this but the whole company and network has gone to heck in a handbasket,
Heard it’s going to store commission.
It's a new multiplier guys. Kinda like strategic but with no deceleration. It's for high tier plans
jbx: Kudos to u to present the true facet of the company. This is exactly what we all are feeling, but can’t say bcz HR is also CORRUPT. They’re designed to protect the company & their wrongdoings. Is there is a chance without a Union? I don’t think so. AT&T has got it & so can we. Ain’t no Union troll here, just “Further” describing the company’s future 2.0 plans. Well guess what?? We ain’t here to get them SMs “Paid” either....Extra expense is pretty much there in front of the compant if it’s that...
In my 15 yr career here EVERYTIME there has been a change in commission it's better for the company and WORSE for the employees!!! Every year they take more and more away, sell more make less.
Heard something similar that either the “At Risk” is dropping down to $1000 or Solution Specialists will be sharing the commissions with Store Managers. There were talks like this exactly at this time last year and they were taking about trying it in some markets calling it team commissions where All the managers get the lions’ share and everyone else being left out with the remaining carcass. Let’s all hope this is NOT true.
- PDT congrats someone has a brain out here. It feels amazing right? I got a job with a bigger company doing different type of sales and making way more money and get to have hours where I leave before 5 and have weekends liberated.. Ahh when I left Verizon I knew what happiness was once again. Verizon s—s the soul/life outta you
Oh. Taking more money from the front line employees? Just resigned from this company and I haven’t felt this good in years.
