The Tampa center has painted, landscaped, and now they are redoing the floors. Other reps who have transferred from centers that have closed say that their centers made improvements including painting and new floors before they announced they were closing. Our shift bid has been pushed back with no real explanation and our director left months ago and they still haven't replaced him. Does anyone have any insight?

Only 3 centers hiring reps. Guess we know where all those 500 are going.
Over 500 to be hired by EoY. Shift bids are on hold until, mgmt does not want new bids requiring so many to work both weekend days
Run and don’t look back
Yeah the call volume excuse for the bid delay til January seems like total BS. They’re saying the call volume is so high right now that the schedules wouldn’t be “rep friendly” they’d be a lot of late shifts with no weekends off and I’m like since when do they put the reps first over the customers? If they need coverage so bad, with later shifts and more people working on the weekends it seems like they’d be scrambling to get the bid to happen ASAP to fill those voids for customers and not care about whether the shifts are “rep friendly.”
Shift bid has been postponed across the business as a whole. Shift bid isn't done by center, it's a company wide shift bid. So all centers and hba are postponed til January. Little Rock center had tons of updates done before they closed the center. They were preparing the building to be sold so it had to look it's best.
I’m don’t know if the center improvements mean they’re closing but the fact that the bid got delayed til January does make me suspicious
My center too in South Carolina. They are painting the inside of the center, they re did all new landscaping, remodeled the cafe. Our supervisor too said it's due to call volume. We all know something is going down.
Murfreesboro did too
Wilmington moved their shift bid out till January as well... something must be going down. Anyone else move their shift bids out till next year?
Today we were told they are going to extend our current schedules out til January so they can work out the kinks in the systems. Which we've been having system issues all year so I don't see how changing teams would affect that. As far as other people saying it's because of call volume that doesn't make sense to me either because call volume has been high in the past and we still changed teams. Maybe people from other centers that have already closed can provide some insight.
We were told Jan too. It does not make sense. They are worried about call volume yet there is a hiring freeze? We are not stupid just be honest with us. 6 Billion left to save by Jan 2021.
Are they saying what centers
It was pushed back until November but I just heard today they pushed it back again until January. The reason they gave was apparently call volume? It seems like a b—s— excuse. We could change schedules and still handle call volume. We change schedules every 6 months and there's always high call volume.
Closing more centers soon? All signs point to yes. Same thing here happening at my center. When did they push your shift bid back too?
These rumors going around my center are so bad. I feel like it's true because they aren't making any efforts to shut the rumor mill down. And why haven't we done a shift bid yet? It all adds up.
I have been hearing the same rumor and would like to get more info. Someone somewhere has to know something.
