I am hourly - If I get laid off do I get paid severance? Thanks

Only full time hourly, non contracted team members are eligible for severance.

To clarify and stop the misspread of information— the severance policy (last updated in 2017) states “part time, seasonal, and temp employees (including full time temp employees) of SEA and idenepent contractors are NOT ELIGIBLE to receive severance pay under this policy.”
