Anyone heard of any impending layoffs due to areas re-organization?

Raises were given in March...little early to be wondering about that. The way it was supposed to work last year was raises in Jan, then AIP in March. But, like Humana always does, they pushed raises out to March with the AIP. And in regards to raises, it seems like each department has their own rules. I knew people getting raises during that whole "freeze" period when nobody was supposed to get one. I haven't gotten a raise in years...I have to rely on role changes to get any pay increase. It's a joke...and trust me, my productivity is not the problem.
It will be the same time next year as this year, as Humana announced two years ago it was going to the annual raise/aip.
There's been a lot of info shared already. Go search Hi. Don't expect specific numbers though, we haven't even entered Q4 yet lol.
