No communication from corporate denying the rumors all over this site, Specialists getting cut, over $15 and terminated, full timers getting the boot. I'm sure corporate monitors this site, so if it's false I think they would have said so by now. There aren't many jobs available in my area and any one of these plans will likely put me on the street.

Remember, stock price is king. Firing that many at once would cost them too heavily. As a long term goal, maybe, but even then I'm not sure I buy it. Even cut happy as they've been.
Do you think corporate really cares? Best thing for you to do if you’re worried about your job is to get another, better one, ASAP.
I go on a third and final interview on Tuesday. If they offer me the job I’m taking it because it will be twice what I make at Lowe’s, better insurance and benefits but a longer commute.
