We all know the pulse survey is not anonymous. I know when people give Verizon a bad rating on the pulse survey they have been targeted to have their opinion swayed.

For the 7 years I was honest in those surveys because it got so bad. It didn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if the tint of your skin, religion, s-xual preference and etc: If your American Your shown the door.

The stores are complete joke. The petty rules made up by incompetent managers proves tha.The new rule we can't put on screen protectors for the customers in the back, because it might take a few minutes longer wait time. The company wants us to spend less time (setup at home) but it's ok when a customer asks us to sit with them for an hour for iCloud backup and restore "In case something goes wrong " ? The Store managers say nothing! If we go into the back to put on a screen, we have one guy become almost confrontary with us. Again , this guy was a former slammer made an SM ,not for Management skills, but by number alone. Produces a great work environment.
