This right here says a lot!!! Basically Walmart we are here right now to get your on hands adjusted so shelves won’t go empty when the switch happens !!!!
Stores that refuse to adjust on-hand inventory: we have a new link on the Portal to record these stores. If a store refuses to make these necessary adjustments we will involve Home Office for support.
I have a lot of sales to make up for after this fiasco so guess what?? Won’t be telling my stores I can add to my orders now. We can all act shocked and be confused when display quantities keep rolling in left and right! I have objectives to hit ! 🤣🤣🤣
I never doubted people were sneaking their own orders in on top of edi but our DM was too paranoid to allow any of that and would have flipped his $hit if he found out I was ordering like that
I've been ordering go cups and anything else I need from day one of the locked EDI orders. I got curious to see if it went through and it did. I even posted it on here that I was bypassing trying to go to Wal Mart managers to order.

CAO – Newly Announced Change in Protocol – effective with Deliveries on Thurs. 8/22 (order transmission date of Tues. 8/20) folks can write orders for Displays with the exception of FSS Features and 4x4 Fixtures which will be ordered through CAO. Again, folks can begin to write an order for displays such as Local Features, Go Cup Dump Bins, Pick/Pack/Snack, Party Size Milk Cartons, etc. Below has further specifics of what you can expect moving forward.
- All Nabisco 4x4 Fixtures have been added to the CAO ordering process as of this week. You will receive product for the 4x4s and 4x8s via CAO in 2,850 stores starting next week.
- FSS Features will still be ordered via CAO. These orders capture VTW items and will be tracked.
- EDI Orders for the side counter – will continue to ship as they have. These are locked orders. Your Feature/Display orders will attach with your shelf order.
- New – delivery change process. Please see the attached for the process on making delivery day changes.

Agree! We know we are gonna be here for remainder of year ! But orders are still locked so that solves nothing ! Adding product for displays was just to calm down all the backlash I’m sure so we don’t lose them to close out year .. again we are a company/job that relies in selling as long as those orders are locked you can’t over sell which is what they always and I mean always preach !! So this call in no way stops the rumors or gives us any clearer picture
We get to order displays at Walmart again. For now.. I think it was one of those "let's throw them a bone kinda deals.."..
