Sure would be nice to be able to make it through a semester with the systems working the way they are supposed to. It’s bad enough that it already takes us an hour (because of inefficiency in our programs and processes) to do a 15min task. To add faulty systems is insane. And on top of that, no one is answering the emergency help line at PSC!!!!!!! Twice, I had a customer have to wait an hour for me to find a work around. Thanks PSC!!!!!
