Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

This is nerve-wracking!

It s—s knowing layoffs are a certainty but not knowing when it'll happen. It's like Mondelez is intentionally trying to increase our stress levels in hopes we'll leave on our own. To be honest, this might be working on me - I've been so stressed out lately that I've considered just handing in my resignation on the spot several times.

I feel like it would be better if they just told us right now, even if I find out I'm on the list.

Maybe if people would focus on their job and not running to the store for more tinfoil maybe we dsd would be more profitable and they wouldn't have to worry about thier jobs.

What’s uncomfortable for you is not having control!! Want control? Find a new job.....like me! No excuse to sit a whine! Take responsibility!

This job isn’t worth that much stress!! We’re just cookie slingers after all. I would quit if it’s disrupting your daily life. Not worth it at all! Much much better jobs out there were all just too content doing a mindless monkey job to realize it.
