What do you get from these clowns besides forwarded emsils and FYI's? Mine are totally useless and think they do a great job. Pathetic leadership at best.

The best isxwhen they walk bays like they are some God or something. To much leadership now and it shows what that does to programs. To many people worried about their bonus now. It's funny how the market and regional and more than likely divisional get bonuses when we do the work. We truly are the slaves of lowes.

I work as a MST person at Lowes and I find it hard to work with no direction from the MSM ,when always telling You to get it done in 45 minutes and then less in 10 minutes it's hard to go a good job in those times with all this not knowing from day to day what job your going project or other something

You just be talking about Region 3. It’s a cluster. Do this do that. They want the tenured MSM’s to quit so they can hire in the new ones at a much lower rate. They want quality work but aren’t going to get that with the new MST pay scale

IMO, most area and market positions are a total waste of payroll and seem reserved as plum jobs to hand out to mostly those who have back channel connections to either the market director or some one else higher up the food chain. Area commercial accounts mgr, area MST, and area installed sales mgr are some examples that I can think of immediately. Totally worthless and add nothing needed to the stores.

Well atleast it is not just mine. Not sure we needed divisional dummies either but now we got them. 4 levels of management above MSM probably costing 350-400 grand a year and payroll and they do nothing to help store teams. Pretty sad really, Ill be out of here shortly cause I have had enough.

The program is failing. They hired new managers and made a push to get the msm's to quit. There is no clear direction. Just contradicting forwarded emails. Then they want you to verify plano During service. Which can require a full reset when Planos are updated, to which they say, you have one hour. Does Mark serisouly wonder why stores can't get through in 28 days?

It’s not just the market MST (ie the DMSM) that seems useless, most of market staff seem useless. They spend the majority of their day forwarding emails and then go to lunch.

I always thought they were the biggest waste of money in the company. They are just another cliche at Lowe’s. It appears they get paid to do very little yet expect everyone to jump at their commands. If their job duties are as lame as they appear, they don’t have any real know how.
