Good old BHGE open a new place and take on hundreds of new trainees and cheap staff and go to the papers make z big deal of it and the whole time in the back ground keep paying off experienced staff from our other offices.
What a total joke of a company 5 years ago we had hundreds of years combine experience in our office now I am one of the longest serving engineers left and most experienced and I know nothing , with 6 years here and 3 of that I was classed as a trainee. About 6 weeks worth of offshore experience as not aloud to go out as no staff to do the work in the office.
Embarrassing to say the least.
Time to move I think before I get the bullet.

Please let it be BOD next it's been run into the ground so for it will never get out management is a joke coco and the wee twat should be out first then me I would like to go first but l would love to see the clowns going
Bridge of Don next? hope so. worked here for a few years now and it has gone seriously downhill. managements attitude is second to none, sad to see but maybe time to shut it down and move on.
