Are there more rumors of raises? For the other Hourlys? For managers? Any incentive raises? Do we still get raises next year with pay bumps this year?

You get at least a 2% raise every year. This has been a thing for a few years. If you're at the minimum and they increase it, you might get more.
Was told that if you didnt get a raise the company does not see your position as an important part of the business and you can be easily replaces by basically anyone off the street.
I think it causes a lot of unfairness because it takes every position to get the job done. The number of disgruntled members is about as high as the disgruntled associates! I wonder how many members would be left if the competitor said "okay, we will give you equal time left on your current membership at Sam's Club if you want to switch to our club at no additional cost to you".
If you got a pay raise this year and it’s over the 2% threshold, no you will not get a pay raise next year. I’ve not heard of any other associates hourly or salary getting pay raises.
