Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Numbers DO lie. The phrase "numbers don't lie" is a fallacy-especially at HPE.

The media tour is done. Now back to reality. How many new big contracts have we gotten since 2017? Manipulating the financial statements through artificial means (acquisitions, spin-offs, CapEx & OpEx reductions, etc.) can't hide the fact that the revenues from our core product lines are going down at an accelerated pace.

"The Machine" (HP Circa 2014) was going to save us all... THAT is what I call a fallacy!
