I am so over it. People who are walking HR violations get new roles and promotions and those of us that work their asses off and get screwed over with inconsistent ratings.

Sadly, things are getting even worse. This is coming from a Nike director. What is the biggest issue? HR and everyone that works at HR.

I felt like an ant in the sights of a mean kid with a magnifying glass while I worked at Nike. The management is a bunch of sadists and sociopaths. They're the only ones that this despicable culture can assimilate. Decent people leave.
