It was announced in a town hall meeting that my call center is getting digital posters and other tech for team connect sessions and someone asked how much this costs. The answer was 400k!! Not sure if that’s per center or the cost for all the centers to get this tech...but aren’t we trying to save billions of dollars?!

Dont worry they will realize what a waste it was and close the centers. Look what they did to most of the Evolution stores they built only a couple years ago. Each of those stores cost at least a million to renovate/build and most have been converted to indirect now. Mark my words the center is next.
