Chesapeake Energy: The Worst Is Still Coming

Natural gas markets continue to melt down, and many market players are now calling for $1.50 gas.

Despite improving net cash provided by operations and increasing oil mix, thanks to the acquisition of WildHorse Resource Development, the financial form of Chesapeake is fragile.

In spite of cheap valuation metrics, Chesapeake’s momentum is clearly bearish and the company’s above-average leverage sustains the downward movement.

Buckle up fellow peekers

To any employee: Have there been talks about getting rid of the plane and no more funding to the C Chesapeake Arena ? When a company doesn't make money you have to draw the line and stop throwing money away.

Good grief... that's not the the first amendment works. CHK isn't the government, you are in no way protected from termination when publicly (this is very public) sh– talking the folks who sign your checks.

To the previous poster. Please tell me one example of a wrongful termination lawsuit using the first amendment as a basis.

Fact: Employees have expected behaviors in the office, outside the office, and yes, even on social media. You can be fired for what you post on the internet, even in when you're not "on the clock". You're welcome.

To all the fear mongers afraid that security or IT will find out who posts here. Pray they do and take action. If they fired you for saying something on here, then you could walk away with a huge settlement for them violating your 1st amendment protected rights. Also I wouldn’t be expecting IT personnel to do anything except resign or be laid off at this point.

I love it when people completely over estimate the technology of the HR and Security Department in terms of cellphone monitoring. You do know the FBI can’t even access the iPhones of confirmed terrorists. I can’t imagine the fear some of you live in! How many people do you know that come I. This site? Now ask yourself how many people do you know that have been fired because of it?

You're right, employees don't talk like that. This post, including the title, is excerpts from a article published recently (Motley Fool, maybe)

I will bet the Employees computers and cell phones are being monitored. If they post here they will most likely be fired. So a word to the employees; go home and use someone else's cell phone and then lets hear from you.

it would be nice for someone from inside the company to provide information. How its going, attitude for the future etc... these posts are clearly written by someone outside the company. take this post for example, employees dont talk like that.
