Anyone else having trouble meeting PCS standards? My roster is ALWAYS full. It just takes one day of PTO, or of getting several voicemails, or several Post d/c’s or other alerts, or new mbrs (from moving others to monitored) to set me behind. I’m told my teammates are all in compliance... but not me. I think that is BS though. I make the peer average in weekly contacts and talk time. I’m above avg in other aspects. Hardly ever take my breaks or wellness. No unusual idle time in Verint. But still I fall below PCS model. Am told this will very negatively affect my end of year review and bonus next year. I don’t know what else to do. I am a good employee and working efficiently. Am I the only one?

We only charge you if we win. I didn't have to put up a dime.
A damn shame but only way to get that number up is to call everyone, every two weeks. Of course I have yet to figure out how to do that and still call everyone I need to. HAH is a sh–hole
Be sure to rate experience working for Humana on Indeed website, pro's as well as be honest in the con's.
to @10idyvi8-2jbb : please sue Humana for age discrimination should you be terminated from your position. More employees need to take this action, until Humana understands that they are spending more on legal fees and settlements than they are saving by terminating by good people. Humana has a very bad reputation. You will be successful in your law suit.
I have been HCM RN for almost 10 years and am now over 60. I have almost 40 years nursing experience and probably relate to For two of the teams I have been on, I was the "go to" person when coach was gone and served on several committees. Now I am under constant criticism for quality and quantity and how I spend every minute of my time. I am working just as hard (harder) and feel I am very effective with my members, but cannot seem to satisfy my coach. Every time she skypes me, I get a pain in my stomach. And she seem to like doing it on a Friday so that she can ruin my week end. I feel I am a very good employee. Humana should be happy to have employees like me.
Its very easy to sue Humana for age/s-x discrimination. File complaint with EEOC. Most likely you will receive a 'right to sue' letter from EEOC. Locate attorney through your local legal aide organization. Give the attorney the particulars of your case. You may need to put some money up front - less than $500. Your case will be taken on a contingency basis and the attorney fees paid from your settlement amount. You will also be able to trash your manager in your Complaint statement brought against Humana. Good luck to all
to @10idyvi8-2tgu: you need to sue Humana. You will win a settlement
PIP and then termination. This is how they are going to reduce the teams to reduce the payout. No severance package. Pick and Pick until they find a reason. Mine was basically a missed keystroke at the end of a day. Come back after 2 days to find I am being terminated. 8 years with the company, 9 months of hell with a new manager who has axes to grind to carve herself up the corporate ladder and inhumane treatment. I haven't been slacking to put in 8 good years of work to be totally cut at the knees. I am sure turning 60 had nothing to do with it or having had a recent blood clot in my leg from sitting too long to prove my worth.
I also fall behind when I take PTO. It's not fair that we are penalized for sick or vacation time. The expectations are not realistic. We can't force a post D/C member to answer the phone.
Yes I was placed on a PIP after talking vacation was naive enough to take another during that period. My coach approved it. There is no true safety net if you take vacation. I no longer have a job. My metrics did not constantly recover due to my taking that second vacation. Weak or inexperienced coaches change out there team like they change underwear. Beware!
oh hell no you are not. That is the name of the game to reduce your bonus. That is the plan so the board of directors comes out way ahead like they did in the past. Now that they got rid of some top players thru 'retirement' they can pad their wallets even more. HAH is probably going to disappear in 2020 or 2021 and this is the weeding out process. Its been in place now for about 6 months.
