Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

The Company puts rules out for there Associates! but Management always give a B.S. reason why the rule was not enforced. We have a lot of Associates with over 5 points and nothing is done about it? just sad if you don't give a sh– your good, if you care your sh– on !

What’s it your business how many points someone has unless you’re a lead! It should be up to the management to handle those things - not your circus, not your monkeys.

Or you have a manager that removes favorite associates points. Let them clock in and out from the computer. ( so they can take longer lunches). We have a manger that goes out and put up breakfast or lunch for them and eats it at cafe for how ever long they want. But will coach other for really dumb stuff. Club is falling apart

What is your problem?

The reason people have so many points is because the system went from tolerable to egregious. Every time your sitter don't show up, there's a problem with the car, the dog needs emergency treatment, your basement flooded, or they changed your schedule and didn't tell you or whatever c-ap hits you in the face, this company piles more grief on the worker. I don't know where you live, but here in Ohio, with not missing one day or being late one time and I still only have managed to occur twenty-two hours of PPTO time in, what, six months?

Stop hoping for people to be fired. It's insensitive and hateful.
