Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

I haven't seen a leader at DXC yet

We have managers who are good to approve RTAs. But no one who is leading the path, creating a strategy and making it happen, other than cost cutting.
Organisational structure is changing every few months completely.
I had IT tickets open longer than some management structures existed.
Sometimes, when I receive an email that a head of something left, it's the first time I have heard about that position at all.
Let them all go. I only need 7 levels of leadership to get my RTA approved. Don't care about the names.

Well said, @10gFlYyn-1inr.

I was a great leader. All I did was show great intestinal fortitude rejecting RTAs all day lining up MLs pockets. I couldn't have done it all without my Harvard MBA. THANK YOU LORD.

DXC leads with knowledge of RPA, Machine Learning, AI, blockchain, cloud, VR and AR? Don't be silly.

Beyond the paid-for articles, your average DXC leader will struggle to answer.

The last DXC manager I spoke to, asking about VR, said he was going to stay and take his chances.

There may be a few lurking as workers to stay safe.

One of the reasons I left. My manager did not have the first clue about the market or the technologies so therefore could not define a strategy to execute against. Some of us tried to help but they did not want to listen. That business is now on its knees with an awful reputation in the market, beyond the point of being recoverable. If DXC is to survive then an overhaul at that level is required.
