Stop by bldg. 4200 and visit the latest brain child of Strazik. Packing people in like sardines in a call center environment where people can’t even have a conversation with peers much less customers without so much background noise you’d think you’ve got the wrong number. Disgraceful and disgusting. Guess at end of day people are to be impressed with the new colors; but certainly not conducive to an effective working environment. Already on a given day 50% or more are working from home...there’s efficiency for ya. Nice going Scott... nice to know you’ll still have your palace in Schenectady and take up more space Atlanta for your infrequent visits at the expense of those trying to turn this business around. Saw some people actually sleeping in the quote “hotels” rooms—-unbelievable! Maybe confused on what they really are suppose to be used for.

He is a piece of work, lacks the knowledge and even more importantly the ability to rally the team. Customers are looking at our Leadership like a bunch of people who don’t know the customer needs (except for one) much less care about them. Competition beating our butts while we sit back and have meeting after meeting on our own internal metrics. The best way to describe him as a dull, ill-informed, typical past CAS know it all. Too bad when he talks about wanting feedback he doesn’t listen...don’t waste your time!

There use to be some seriously awesome leaders in his role a long time ago, not so much in recent memory.
