Nestle told their laid off employees that DSD is the old business model and not sustainable in the modern grocery business. Good luck and I hope the Mondelez separation package is generous!
None of my co workers have quit! Everyone is staying to see what kind of severance package will be offered. There's plenty of jobs out there if you want to work. Thank you Mr. President for growing the economy and bringing back jobs to the USA!! MAGA
Speculation 🤣🤣🤣🤣. If that’s all you have from all the red flags....you must really be insecure! I hope you don’t have responsibility for anyone other than yourself, not very responsible thinking! You must be working hard to convince yourself things are all gonna be ok with your job at Mondelez......it’s over! Get prepared!
I plan on having a headache Monday, and going on $hort +erm l)isability and riding it out1 :D :D :D
There really isnt a reason to stress over walmart anymore
Its actually a relief.
Play their game..
Sorry to tell you but it sounds like Nabisco dsd will be ending soon. I’m from nestle and they did the same sh– to us. They want everyone to work to the end. They will keep you in the dark until the very end. Do what’s best for you not the company.
Not yet becuase I dont make wild decisions based on speculation the children on this site keep saying.
Previous post is true except instead of calling it speculation, its more like an educated observation
Riding it to the end as well
I mean, until they come out and say it, it's all speculation. You could have a pretty good evidence to support, but at the end of the day no one but the people in the know can say with 100% certainty either way.
I don't know about others on my team, but I'm riding this out for now.
Nestle is hiring.
Speculation? Hahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No because this is all speculation.
None that I’m aware of. I don’t communicate with the other SRs much my part timers have no idea what’s going on and my full timer is going with the flow planning on riding it all out unless a better opportunity arises I’m sure she could get an asst. manager position at any of our stores if wanted.
