run away!!!
Job bands have scales. I was a smts when I left making 110k plus 20% bonus and I was on the low end for the Northeast. But I've heard they are trying to lower the pay scales so I would estimate 100k to 140k with 20% bonus to start.
The difference between Mgr & Sr Mgr is span of control. On the staff side, most Mgrs are individual contributors. Not sure about those that supervise associates. They could be Supv or Mgr. Sr. Mgrs are not individual contributors. PMTS is a tech track title. Individual contributor.
Isn't Manager Band 6 too? I dont get the difference between Mgr and Sr Mgr
Band 6 so you are Sr Mgr level and depending on responsibility have a lot of authority. Salary just depends but generally six figures.
Should be atleast $110k with 20% bonus
OP: did you get your answer?????
Let us know what you decide!!!!!
You certainly have a lot of conviction and boldness to ask such a question thus inquiring at the hiring company's layoff board???
Or is there an ulterior motive hereto??
80k. 20% bonus.
Which PMTS?
150 to 175 average guesstimate
RUN FOREST RUN
Stay away. Toxic company. No job security.
There are tons of jobcodes with a PMTS title, so it's hard to say. If it's an IT position, I'd run the other way. Quickly.
Hell no, don’t walk, RUN
