How do you like it? Pros / Cons? Any input is appreciated.

I work in cloud sales for an AWS competitor, I like it. Get certified. I expect anyone I hire that says they "have worked on AWS" to have a CCP, it is the bare minimum baseline for knowledge of AWS but it shows they have done at least some homework. If they have a higher cert I'd skip the CCP but it is better than none.
