Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Long term thinking....

How many Humana employees will chose this company when they retire?

Lets look at long range.... they are not. That says a lot about the future plans.

Have him look and see if he has telephonic care management and/or Humana at home benefit offered for 2020. That will tell us a lot about HAH telephonics future

Husband just received info from Humana Medicare Advantage Plans, advised him to through it in the trash as I can no longer encourage family or members to go with Humana, know way to much about there practices.

Was a pain when I worked there so I personally would never chose Humana. I retired this year.

I just retired from Humana and started medicare. Did not even consider Humana. Too much of my time was spend helping Humana members search for new doctors when their doctors decided not to participate with Humana any longer. I am with United and so far.....am happy. They are very creative in their program offerings..

Ok, but y'all sure don't mind (or didn't mind) accepting that Humana paycheck every two weeks. LOL

Absolutely no Humana insurance for me. I have seen way too many delayed or failed authorizations. Blaming it on doctors. Lies. All lies. Nope. I like my life.

Humana is self destructing and they don't have intelligence enough to know it

When the time comes, which is just around the corner as husband will be able to take out Medicare Advantage Plan at end of the yr., would not even think about Humana as option. Have members that plan on switching to another provider during open enrollment and I encourage them to make the best choice for them, would like to tell them to make the change for sure but not able to do so at this time.

If you mean as a supplementary insurance, as a former humana employee I will never get humana. I know how they treat their employees.

AI is much worse than impending lay offs...............sunami level work extinction event. really should start planning now while there is time. I am a friend who can see the future - not a member of Humana management. everyone needs to make plans to abandon Humana -

Go get another job . Tired of hearing you rant about AI. Go some where else unless you have specific information about pending layoffs. 😴 💤

not science fiction. Wake up Humana and everyone else.....Sonasoft (SSFT) – Poised for immediate growth - A must have stock for the AI revolution. IF YOU DON'T OWN IT. IT WILL OWN YOU..... HUMANA OWNS IT............
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not science fiction. It is not the future. It is the present. Right now, 90% of technology companies as well as world governments are spending billions of dollars in the arms race to gain a foothold in the rapidly expanding AI sector................. suggest making job search in a different non AI related sector - either that or buying stock in SSFT, Sonasoft

long term thinking says that: it is never a good idea to reduce peoples' health care to a profit making, private enterprise, managed by an artificial intelligence application - designed to maximize profit not health. Sounds sick
