There will be a surplus in C&E in the first quarter of 2020 and possible TFS, but there won’t be one for the 4th quarter.
Since Sept 15 falls on a Sunday, the surplus list will probably go out on Friday the 13th for the SE. Good luck!
Simple enough. Take the normal timeline of 2 Months Work in place, 2 weeks of notifications, and another week or two of getting the names on a list when the message hits director level. Assuming Dec 15ish is the last day before Execs head to the Caribbean then you are looking at next week to hear something. However, it is more likely that the process begins in 2019 (Oct/Nov/Dec) and the execution happens in early Jan. I am expecting a Q1 2020 Surplus...
Are there any RECENT leaked emails concerning 2019 layoffs? I personally believe the numbers listed under 4th Q surplus on the leaked email, will be much higher, especially in the SE, and considering the recent organizational announcements.
When will we find out?
The leaked email has been 100% accurate so far. Expect the same with the 4th quarter surplus.
