It would be prudent for Upper Manage to reduce the 100s of rules middle managent have placed on front line managers and craft. Out in the field we have no less then 50 "rules" to enact/ perform regardless of the scope of work. Trust us when we say "servicing the customer" is 51st item on our check list. Of' course with all this bureaucracy there is some job assurance as so many roadblocks have been added ....work seems to be piling up.elimate Layoffs thru Embacing All the Rules.
T will want the progress on debt reduction to be reflected in the 2019 annual report. Anything they can do to reduce it and improve the perspective T stock is something to own will be their goal. Anything in the way will be discarded.
The 2020 vision will carry over onto 2021. All of the upper management movement will cause some knee jerk reactions, the projected number of casualties will be higher than originally mentioned. And this will be across the board, from craft to management..
