Does your club still have a truckload associate? If so, what do they do all day? If not, who does truckload sales? We still have one and it is a waste of payroll.

We have a couple associates handling truckloads but honestly they have let a lot of opportunities slide. A associate good at truckload sales is a huge asset any smart GM would recognize that. I came from

Ours went away a long time ago. They will probably increase their pay because that would make total sense.
We no longer have a truckload associate but we do have a club pickup associate job coded as a lead so they get higher pay. GM thinks they were so sly about this, but people know. Pays to be a favorite.
