What’s the “word on the street” are there going to be new reorgs by the end of the year? More changes will probably happen sooner or later, but could they be scheduled for the last months of 2019, so that the company arrives in the new year with a modified structure. Any info or rumors?

October 1st is the start date so they should be announcing something soon.
OSP southeast C&E Georgia Atlanta to be one district. Georgia Outstate to be merged with South Carolina. Outstate is defined as Augusta, Macon and Savannah.
Under McElfresh, the CFO Fete has already announced a 10% expense reduction in 2020 and much of it will be in headcount reduction. Announcements of voluntary retirements are higher levels are happening. The next wave will be MVOs in 4Q and involuntary to follow in Dec and Jan to get employees off the payroll early along with outsourcing. That is the general strategy we are told.
For OSP in Southeast at least:
*Construction & Engineering are merging back into single director silo.
*TFS and IEFS are merging into one silo (hear that DEG will be rolled from construction into this combined silo)
*... sure there will be others... stay tuned...
Pretty much all groups except Finance and Compliance from what I see. Top down.
Could take a couple months to get to L1-L3

There will certainly be lots of deck chairs rearranged before year end based on today's announcements - with 2 new Executive titles being created, a probable year end Force reduction and another large outsourcing agreement on tap
