Digital never out of stock
Pearson has had a nationwide issue with their codes. I wonder if that is some of the issue.
Everything is backordered, and the digital codes are mostly dysfunctional. HO definitely seems relaxed as we stressfully try to fix problems due to faulty systems
Lez be honest, if it weren’t for financial aid, we wouldn’t exist as a company. The price difference online for books is insane

How are sales?
I had a digital code nightmare, yesterday
I just wanna run away. Today will be hell. The technology will fail in some way. Students are terribly incompetent. Help.
“Your sales are down, reduce labor!”
“I got a complaint that your lines are too long, add more cashiers but without adding labor!”
“Why don’t you have anyone on the sales floor; students are just wandering around with no help! And your labor is too high!”
“Why are you so far behind on efollett orders?”
That sums up my last couple of weeks.
Like the other thread we've also had issues with digital codes resulting in loads of refunds & lost sales when they don't work.
But, hey, have some more overpriced hoodies!
All of the above. Students won’t rent anymore because I keep charging them for damaging books. well, the family dog chewed on it. What am I supposed to do!?
