If im reading this right. Prems got the shaft and balls in this contract... higher medical, no job security, the 14th hour OT cap still in effect.
The one thing they got was a “promise “ to talk about Prem problems 3 times in 18th months..
Why do they need to talk for? Wasn't that what the bargaining committee was there for? This contract stinks like 🐄 manure on a hot Texas summer...
