Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

High turnover of employees

So many are burnt out to the point they are leaving even for lower-paid jobs. I even know a guy who quit on the spot without having anything lined up, he was just so tired of everything that he couldn't take another hour, not to mention a day of this hell.

And Wells Fargo is doing absolutely nothing to prevent this. Why would they, it works out great for them - no severance!

I honestly don't see this coming to an end any time soon.

Yes that's the way it usually happens and they don't have to pay severance.
