Anyone else experiencing this since coming back? Seems like they are being told to write you up and Udoc anything to get you out the door now.

Because October is being called "Red October", some management are on pins and needles knowing that a lot of them are going to be surplussed. Not all management will be A$$holes, but there will be some. Just make sure you are doing what you're supposed to be doing and be where you're supposed to be. Log any harassment and keep a record.
