Strike? For what? You are getting a raise that is better than most companies. If the pay isn't good enough, leave. Otherwise, enjoy the benefits that come with the job and make as much money that you can. You are never going to make as much as core unless you can transfer into a core position. And that is always a possibility. Keep your transfer updated. There are Core employees that are retiring all the time. You just have to be patient. It's pretty sad to see employees whine that they are at the bottom of the totem pole and want to get to the top from crying. Not going to happen.
We should, this part of the TA for D3 is B–ll-sh-t.
Increasing the Scope of the Wire Tech work and only giving a 13% raise over 5 years. Thats' a 2.5% raise a year and increasing the workload.

There’s usually a _“no strike”_ clause in a tentative agreement until the vote is finalized.
I was told by the Local President that we don't strike during disasters.
Striking during a hurricane would backfire on the union. Public would not look kindly on that.
The tentative agreement will be approved even though you know no one who voted for it. So there won't be another strike.
The union has no intention of striking, not now not ever. They have no fight in them.
If the workers want to fight for their future, this would have to be a worker initiated strike. And with a major hurricane approaching, now would be the perfect time for a strike.
NADA, zilch, zero.
Unless the tentative agreement is rejected there will be no need for a strike.
