Home office how dumb are you? You give team leads a HUDGE raise the old ones got nothing for the years they been here then you have them take the test ( we only had one to pass) . All they are doing now is making excuses not to take it again. Why would you give them the money FIRST. So the joke is on YOU. Way to go again 👏👏👏

@10NRjYlB-1pwk - I took an assessment through Workday to qualify to apply for an MSS spot. There was nobody else in the room with me, I took it at the same computer we do CBL's on. I took the assessment before and passed in the old sytem. In fact it said that the results from that original assessment was still valid. Anyway I was told that it I passed the new assessment, someone from mgt. would interview me....never happened...
Okay when you take this test someone is in the room with everyone that’s taking the test and will tell you at the end if you pass or not. So the test your taking is a different test.
How does one know if they even pass the new test for team leads? I took it and it did not say if I passed or failed. When I went to apply for another MSS position and went to take the assessment again, Workday said I had already completed it. Crazy.
Funny how at Sam's the number of people being paid to work in the stores continues to drop, the service level continues to plunge, and dissatisfaction of the members continues to escalate. Then you go over to Costco and there's employees everywhere, the stores are so clean you could eat off the floor, the members are noticeably happier, there aren't any pallets of product sitting in the middle of the aisles, no holes in any of the runs, never any forklifts out dropping or putting away pallets, and plenty of carts available for people when they arrive. So tell us again how Sam's is trying to be like Costco. Seems to me that we're going 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Fast.
Don’t know I’ve even heard that some have taken it 4 to 5 times
What's on the test that they couldn't pass?
Food service test to be able to carry the keys. A lot of cbl to watch. We’re so short handed.
Once again...put the carriage before the horse. Sam's club leadership now. So many are clueless it's like everything is trial and error... Trial and error...trial and error. Never to leave the error phase. They let the wrong people ruin the business over the past 7 years. Why they cannot turn back now from their goal of being automated run instead of people run.
