How do you fire an employee now for making similar comments without being sued for wrongful termination?
Bless whoever got this out there. We'd be naive to think this isn't just the tip of the iceberg in our corporate office. I doubt the complaint from Michael Scott was even the start. It's well passed time people found out what Lowe's was really about.

isnt it now very obvious that those groups they want to put us all in, except white males, is solely because this how they really do see us. gotta start the group for blacks, women, jews, g–s because they dont see us all as lowes employees...they dont care about the content of our character or how hard we work......these corporate execs are bigots and racist who want to divide us like how prisons are managed.
if he so candidly said that about an entire group of people, what worse are these id–ts saying behind the scenes?! fire joe, its time to go.

This is absolutely terrible coming from what Lowe's deems their "leaders". I am a middle aged white male, and this offends me. I just celebrated a Birthday with friends who happen to all be of Hispanic ethnicity. Why would the VP specifically state "Hispanic?" This is clear stereotyping at its worst.
Sitting next to him as he spews racial profiling comments is the head of Human Resources for Lowe's smiling. She enforces the companies code of Ethics?
Any employee would have been immediately fired for these comments, and correctly so. So should he, and also her. If this is the example we are to follow, what is to become of Lowe's. And the CEO hired this nit-wits and sits by quietly, lying and covering it all up.
We need new leaders. Plain and simple.
