The region number shouldn't be a problem. It's when people's names or initials are used. If you're a long time follower of this region you should know who Scooter is. Let's start using that again because Scooter is the problem.
Instead of region 41 you need to assign a code name. Like the F up region.... or disaster region. No numbers. That identifies it to follett employees and they know who you are referring to.... big brother IS watching and reading. Yup they read these posts all of the time and choose to disregard them.
