Question when is marketing going away? It's been on the chopping block for 2 years now. Just want honest answers as I'm ready to get out
What's the base pay? And the extra incentives?
Is the team leader and advantage coordinator still in these clubs that are testing?
They're training us so basically they can get rid of our position and we get absorbed into an in club position and not offered severance. They think they're slick. They aren't fooling me.
Our new manager is in training at our club. His training consists of am stocking, doing OYI, SPARK, CIM, claims, club pickup, dealing with upset members because of product not being out for sale and over all wondering what in the world he got himself into by accepting the position.

The salaried position is NOT made up and there are associates interested in knowing information about this new position.
You ask this question once a week, and no one answers, either no one cares or the salaried position was made up.
