They want you to leave, more money for the Senior Executives.

I guess we now know the formula to be promoted. Gut the work force with massive layoffs, cut benefits, provide no winning strategy and drive team member morale to nonexistence, Yep...that sounds about right.
And this week they rearranged the deck chairs while the band plays on...
What is with all the home office promotions? What have they truly done to make follett successful? Not just money wise, but employee success. Seems like more & more are leaving.
Did they give themselves huge raises while those of us in the trenches are told to do more with less staff? And forget the impossible bonuses.
