“Preferential Treatment given to employees baed on thier owrformance on the scorecard

There has been instances especially in our market that there is preferential tretment given to the employees who score high on the scorecard. The DOS has to b blamed bcz he/she actually runs the show to b able to present themselves in a so called “professional manner” & just talk it off the stage blaming others in case they fail to deliver the extraordiary demand . This goes from their level to the VP level, just report them, but in that case Their “Pay” depends upon us, that’s what they care abt, do think twice as ur days “then” might b numbered, they yet smile directly at ur face.....no words here...Wo it’s like they bet on smthng, we fail to deliver they k–l the horses those horses hppn to b us. Their paychecks aren’t affected by it, they still get record earnings lions’ share. And they talk abt saving money???

Performance based my tail! This guy is on the dole or a director or above position. Low, mid, and upper level management couldn’t be more clueless and, for the last 8 years, are taking credit for all the hard work of the employees that made that company into a billionaire dollar company. Just for them to what, throw the network against the rocks and toss billions of dollars out the window and lay off certain group of people. It’s a Train-wreck Death spiral with 0% sales growth and no one left to carry the water. 6 months tops and time will tell.
