I worked at HON for over 30 years, and closely connected to the GSRC in ATL. Those dispatchers didn't deserve that kind of treatment and disrespect. Some have been there over 20 years. Very glad I retired before they could fire my a–. LOL! #Winning
Well , the employees should've known that layoffs were coming after there were several layoffs last year within that same division. Take your severance and enjoy the rest of the year off. A lesson should be learned from all of this. Don 't think it can't happen to you. Never put your trust and faith in ANY employer!
Called into meeting room, told today at Noon was the last day. Took all laptops and badges. No notice.
Did they know it was coming or did leadership just walk in for a mandatory meeting and say, you are all done, please leave the building?

When I use anybody’s call center I insist on someone who can speak English I can understand. I hope the rest of America feels the same way and supports companies that employ Americans first. What aShane. this is so not the company I came to 15 years ago
When I was at Motorola from 1999 to 2003, I worked in the North American call center and they did the same thing. The entire operation, with the exception of calls that had to be escalated, was outsourced to Costa Rica and Argentina.
