YouTube Tipsor at a business technology symposium with Allstate CEO talking about A.I. being the future. Tipsor is really too excited about A.I. to the point that the Allstars guy tries to reel him back in...basically Allstars guy says to Tipsor A.I. can't replace all the employees. Now,fast forward to today where Sf & Allstate are bulging the same business structure. Results: SF is now considered the 4th worse insurer in America while Allstate is 3rd worse company...good plan. Maybe A.I. can replace them.

I left 3 years ago and I am happy, Blood pressure down, stress level gone, living life to fullest. People leave if stressed, it will k–l you. God Bless all.
The best part of the video is when Tipsord moves his hand toward the small of the lady's back as they climbed the stairs. I can't tell if he copped a feel but I'm sure she wasn't amused.

He hasn't a clue what goes on beyond his desk or his screen. Not a clue. People drive numbers. Numbers don't drive people but you can't convince an accountant of that.
