What does the strategy mean for us all? Yes they want everyone in a hub city but if I relocate that doesn’t mean my job is secure so I move my family and still might get laid off. You can’t run a company without good solid communication

I heard that everyone that works from home will have to relocate to a regional office. Is anyone exempt from this. Heard this is a new management plan. That that include all aspects of IT?

Let me reiterate what was said numerous times before mysteriously being scrubbed. You have to be an absolute id10t if you’re willing to risk this love for this company.
Their whole "structuring the organization" and "hub plan, etc." is nothing but a diversionary tactic to keep EVERYONE AT THEIR DESKS, until they pull the plug.
There is no job security at any company understand it and move on.
