Makes no sense. Stops are set up in sap. You can't just fake a store, and Refusal don't count as deliveries. Have a feeling you don't know what you are talking about.
Great Lakes! RVP used this method to hit numbers. Deliver product to stores that don’t exist, and then return to warehouse as a refusal....! Ever heard of Martha Stewart? Inflating numbers is a violation of SEC.

When they send a semi full of product from the warehouse, at quarter close, to stores that don’t exist. Then at the end of the day they drive the truck back to the branch and list it as a refusal. It’s only purpose is to inflate numbers! I’ve talked to employees at the branch as well as drivers and this is rampant!! Violation of SEC!
