Everything that comes out of a DM or RVP is BS and your all getting used right to the end, it’s like taking a charger away when grounding a teenager, slow death watching their phone die, we are all watching BBB die a slow and painful death, lol!!
I’m giving my notice and have found another really good paying position, boy do I have so much to say before I leave, I’m going to sing like a bird , all your dirty secrets are going to be exposed! lol

Good advice if you want your info out there. Trust me the Dist and Reg keep a close eye on this site and posts and try to decipher based on issues and schedules who might be posting. Have seen ASMs get transferred due to this. So keep it general and as vague as you can to get info out. We all who are still there feel same. Any day we get laid off or reduced to part time. Or for some reason on a trumped up PIP. And now LOL the Beyond+ goes back down to $29 out of the blue?! All of us at store level are laughing watching this company we have loved that's now swirling the drain grasp at anything to survive. And we are sad too because we know none of this will work.

With the hours being cut again it is nearly impossible to get everything done and maintain a decent looking store. More and more people are quitting from our store and are being replaced with inexperienced staff who don’t really care. The customers see the difference. We still need to be positive and believe in our company.
Of course no details as usual. Just seems like a bunch of disgruntled people from store 51 making stuff up. Waste of time reading this.

What's the timeline for these changes to full timers?
Yes even OPs will no longer be a position and well bye bye. SM will be the only full timer left. OPs you should understand it’s just business. Store 51 OPs should have been gone long long long ago, we all know that, she is untrustworthy!! Can’t wait till she’s gone.
What has happened to the lower volume stores in the last 2 years will be mirrored onto the higher volume stores. That means the only full timer will be the store manager. All other positions will be part time–24 hours or less. ASMs will be replaced by part time supervisors, who will have the same responsibilities, but will have to do it in 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
I left earlier this year, and it's the best decision I've made. Now working in a company that has better benefits, I'm not spread thin, and I'm not expected to do 5 or more roles in the store.
