Did the reduction of employees help meet the savings desired - was it US$10B? The brain-drain in IT has resulted in multiple times there have been glitches.
RE: CHANGE, charted course, not an easy task after years of business as usual.
Verizon fearful that the charted course is clouded and not potentially giving their return-on-investment???
Stakes are high!!!!!!! Lead by example, the brass, insiders, of some large corporation recently purchased their own company shares last week.
VZ signing this doctrine would be like putting their foot in their mouth...…………...
How can VZ not sign this charter?? How silly or is it a strategic action??
VZ should sign this charter as soon as possible.
VZ should have signed. Even if this is lip service.
Still sad...whether it is lip service or not. I can not believe how our once proud and pround to be part of company has fallen...but again...you get who you vote for...(the board)

Yeah, I was wondering if they had signed on to this. To be fair, they weren't really asked. There's some business group that had a committee update this document, and AT&T was part of the business group and VZ wasn't. I bet there are some CFO's caught by surprise and wondering what the hell happened.
